Earning With Skills Labs.

SKILL holders and liquidity providers can claim a share of revenue funded rewards made available through various incentives.

SKILL Distribution on Cardano.

SKILL is distributed and made available to wallets from the rewards pool via "Ada Seal's Stake Pool VM contract" every five days. Holders have the option to either collect their rewards or let them accumulate for up to 365 days. After 365 days, rewards will be maxed out and will need to be claimed before more can be earned.

SKILL Distributed on Base.

SKILL is distributed via standard erc-20 airdrop contracts.

Governance.

Skills Labs believes in and supports decentralization, due to this Skills Labs allows SKILL holders to participate in key decision-making processes. Holders can vote on changes to the ecosystem, ensuring that the community has a voice in the project's development and direction. SKILL governance will be implemented over time as the community and number of holders grows.
